Burley Ashdown 9408-C Wood Burning Stove

The Burley Ashdown 9408-C is a high-performance wood-burning stove equipped with catalytic converters to significantly enhance efficiency and ensure full compliance with Ecodesign and DEFRA regulations. Delivering an exceptional 85.6% efficiency rating, the Ashdown provides a strong nominal heat output of 8kW, with a maximum achievable output of up to 11.7kW—making it a powerful heating solution for larger living spaces.

Featuring Burley’s advanced four-stage combustion system, the Ashdown uses a single, easy-to-operate control lever. Air injection holes positioned just above the flames create the renowned Burley “fireball” effect, dramatically improving combustion and minimising soot and ash build-up.

Traditional styling meets modern performance with a solid cast-iron door and a generous glass viewing window that offers an expansive, uninterrupted view of the flames. For improved efficiency and better room air quality, an optional external air kit is available, allowing the stove to draw its combustion air directly from outside the home.
